Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Qeemay mein tamman masàlay dal kar achi traha mix karian aur round shape mein kabab banya aur fry pan mein oil dal kar shalow fry karlen

* Step 2

Aur plater mein nikal kar decorate karain. Kachay keema ke kabab ready hai. Green chutney, onion ring aur Puri aur chutney, salad ke sath serve karain.

* Step 3

Puri method! Maida me ajwain,salt mix karein aur pani thora thora dal kar smooth dough bana lein. rest 20 minutes kaley cover kar ke rest dhn.

* Step 4

Phir small small Puri bana kar fry kar lein./ (Any different shape). Light Golden Brown kar ke nikal lein.now puri is ready.
