Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Ek pan me oil dal kar onion light golden karein phir chicken dal kar bhoona
* Step 2
Phir red chilli powder dal kar 5 minutes bhoona.
* Step 3
Phir is me flour me 1 cup pani dal kar dissolve karein aur pan me dry ginger powder, salt,sunf powder, jayfal, jawatri,sab ealchi powder dal kar
* Step 4
Flour wala better dal dhen aur 1 hours low flame per dum me pakein.
* Step 5
Chicken nihari is ready.and garnish with ginger julianne, lemon slice,green chilli, and coriander leaves. And serve with nan,roti.
