#WokCooking.My mother made the most delicious sawaiyan come Eid every year, however, it was only Eid kay Eid. As my father returned home from the mosque after Eid namaz, we would line up for Eidi, and our wonderful cook Basher would bring in the trolley laden with delectable Eid goodies, with the golden sawaiyan always sitting front and center.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a wok add clarified butter, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, fry it 1 min till aroma start comes.

* Step 2

Then add Vermicelli (Saiwaiyan), fry it 2-3 mins. then add dry fruit,

* Step 3

Water, sugar and mix it all ingredients then

* Step 4

Cover it until water get dry.

Vermicelli (Saiwaiyan) is ready. Garnish with dry fruit & desiccated coconut.
