Beef Potli samosa
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan add oil, garlic cloves and make saute then add beef mince. Cook 5 mins then add zeera, coriander crushed, turmeric powder, red chilli crushed and salt. After this add onions. Cook and saute.
* Step 2
Take samosa patti and fill the filling into samosa patti. Fold it into packet shape then tie knot with spring onion.
* Step 3
Fry in hot oil and serve. Beef Potli (Packet) Samosay is ready to serve.
