Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a wok, heat 1/4 cup Banaspati ghee on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
* Step 2
Add bay leaf, cinnamon, green cardamom cook for 2-3 min then add semolina and stir well on low heat until fragrant.
* Step 3
Stir the semolina on a slightly high heat
* Step 4
While stirring, add Dry coconut chopped, Pishtato chopped, Almond chopped, Kishmish, Chohra chopped. With the spoon mix together then add Desiccated coconut, sugar and add small amount of water.
* Step 5
Stir vigorously for a few more minutes and remove from heat Brush 1-2 tablespoons of Banaspati on a tray & dry fruits.
* Step 6
Then dish out the semolina
* Step 7
Cool, cut into pieces, garnish and serve
