Ingredient

Oil

2 Chopped

Onion

Karhi patta

6 tbsp

Yogurt

18-20 whole

Green chilli

750 gm

Wash Rice

3 glasses

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil add onions and sauté till half done, then add ginger garlic paste and sauté 2 minute, then add karhi patta and cook for a minute.

* Step 2

Add shahi zeera, coriander crush, salt as your taste and sauté till lightly browned. Add yogurt sauté further for 3-4 minutes. Add green chilies

* Step 3

Add white boiled gram and mix well. Cook for a minute. Add rice and water and mix well. Cover it to cook

* Step 4

Serve hot garnished with Karhi patta & coriander leaves.
