Sauteed mushrooms with kale and tofu

I'm trying to go vegetarian for the month of may so I wanted to coffee up with something unique.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

mushroom

1 packages

tofu

2 cup

kale

2 tbsp

olive oil

1 pinch

salt

1 tsp

sugar

1 dash

garlic salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan at medium heat, after equally distributed on the pan add garlic to brown

* Step 2

Sautee sliced mushrooms in pan

* Step 3

Cube firm tofu and add to pan

* Step 4

Take diced tomatoes and chopped kale to pan

* Step 5

Add herbs and spices and continue for a few more minutes

* Step 6

Serve and enjoy
