Cooking instructions

* Step 1

mixed all dry ingredients together, except salt

* Step 2

mixed all wet ingredients together, slowly mixes to dry ingredients

* Step 3

add salt and hand kneed in big bowl for 15 mins. or machine kneed for 12 mins.

* Step 4

let it rise for 30 mins

* Step 5

re shape the dough unto backing pan

* Step 6

let it rise for 45 mins.

* Step 7

cover backing pan with foil, bake in oven for 45-50 mins. at 220°F
