Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Fry bacon ends, set aside.
* Step 3
Cubed smoked sausage and brown.
* Step 4
Add onion , celery & peppers. Cook til soft.
* Step 5
Add turkey and bacon to smoked sausage mixture.
* Step 6
Combine all remaining ingredients in a large pot with meat mixture.
* Step 7
Heat til boiling. Cover and simmer 25-30 min. Until rice is tender.
