Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat up a skillet with a little olive oil

* Step 2

Add leftover ricebegin to make 4 craters for the eggs,then add them in..sunny side up

* Step 3

Dice up scallions,roughly chop up the cheese and garlic,add pepper flakes and green scallions together,mix it by hand

* Step 4

Add sliced smoked beef sausage

* Step 5

Sprinkle your combined chesses,red pepper flakes and scallion all over and let cook for about 8 to 10 minutes...how ever you like it.
