* Step 1

take a diecast pot,add vegetable oil,heat on high for a minute and a half,then turn down the temp,put pancake mix in a bowl add a cup of water and a half cup of sugar,add lemon zest,stir ingredients til It forms dough,add more flour if needed to moist dough so that u can form puff balls,and the extra flour will prevent dough from sticking to hands,drop in hot grease,lightly brown the puff balls,once browned put on wire rack to cool/for the cream filling place 8oz pkg of cream cheese I'm a bowl,microwave it for about a minute and 30 seconds,remove from microwave,cream cheese should be soft enough to mix,add lemon zest,sugar,and cool whip to cream cheese,cover and refrigerate to stiffen the cream a little

* Step 2

slice puffs in halves add lemon cream generously to puff balls,place the top half back on the puff balls,take the jiffy nutella,and microwave it for a minute,remove from microwave,take a spoon and spread the jiffy nuttela on top of the lemon cream puff balls,and enjoy
