Hard boiled eggs
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bring to a boil enough water to just cover eggs in a pot. About 2 inches (just the water)
* Step 2
Now add eggs to the boiling water (I use a small strainer or bowl to transfer and using an oven mit) to protect hand from steam and gently place all in at once.
* Step 3
Cover, return to boil then uncover,set timer 12 min.
* Step 4
Now prepare a big bowl of ice and fill with water
* Step 5
When timer is done. Remove eggs a few at a time to strainer and plunge all eggs into the icewater at once.. let sit a few minutes or as long as you want. They're ready to peel or put away in cartons in fridge
