Fried red potatoes

Ingredient

1/2 (1 pack)

bacon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put 1/2 oil in pan and set on med to med high while oil is heating up chop up onion

* Step 2

Put bacon strips and chopped onion in hot frying pan (I use my cast iron) add a dash of salt and pepper and chopped garlic clove to the pan

* Step 3

While onions and bacon are cooking in pan chop red potatoes into small cubes

* Step 4

Add potatoes into pan with onion and bacon

* Step 5

Cook on medium and stir about every 10 minutes for about 45 minutes to an hour

* Step 6

You can add cheese to the top after they have been all fried up if that's what you like but they really don't need it! Enjoy
