Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Add milk powder, yeast and sugar to the flour and mix well
* Step 3
Add in water, oil and eggs
* Step 4
Knead well until a soft and elastic dough is formed
* Step 5
Leave to prove for 15 mins in a warm place
* Step 6
Shape dough and leave to rise again until double in size
* Step 7
Brush with egg wash or milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds over each bun
* Step 8
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 220°C for 15 mins
