Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak cashew and almond in hot water and peel the almond and grind cashew with peeled almonds make a fine paste.

* Step 2

Now heat ghee in a pan add dry madalas and roast till nice flavour comes not to burn add ginger and garlic paste roast till leaves the oil and pink in color now add almond cashew paste and roast for a minute.

* Step 3

Now add curd and stir continuously fast so the curd will not curdle and leaves the ghee add paneer and mix gently add black pepper or white pepper powder.

* Step 4

Add milk and stir lightly and cook for two minute or gravy thick as u want consistency.add crushed kasturi methi.and mix well. garnish with corarinder leaves and serve with tandoori roti and nan or prantha.and enjoy this nawabi paneer
