#weekbrown #rainbow challenge Every body knows the benefits of gooseberries we can use it as a squash marmalades pickle and launji I tried and come into sucess and taste was amazing use with roti chapatti poori etc.

Ingredient

Food ration :

100 g (1cup)

jaggery

1/4 tsp

Asafoetida

1 tbs

kashmiri

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First boil goosberry in cooker with 1/2glass of water for four whistle

* Step 2

Cool and remove the seeds from all and mashed little not nicely

* Step 3

Now heat the oil add kalonji fennel seeds and asofetida saute for a seconds just the aroma came.

* Step 4

Now add goosberry mashed jaggery and cook for 2minutes add all dry powders

* Step 5

Launji is ready it is little liquid you can serve with Parantha poori and roti it is very yummy and tasty in Summer
