Instant chicken curry

This chicken curry is very easy and instant simple less used spices but very delicious in taste when you are in hurry or no mixy grinder or no current supply then what we do. Don't worry I will share with you an easy recipe. Let's start.this ismy favourite recipe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First marinate and mark slanting cut on each chicken piece and add salt red chilli powder and garlic ginger paste and keep it aside for 15minutes
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pressure cooker add dry spices dry red chillyand saute for a secondadd finely chopped onion saute till little brown by adding little salt.
* Step 3
Add ginger jullienes init and add ginger garlic paste one tsp each saute till leaves oil add 1/4cup water and cook till leaves oil add dry powder spices saute for a seconds
* Step 4
Now mix spices powder in a cup by adding coriander powder red chilli powder kasuri methi roasted cumin powder and gram flour.
* Step 5
Now add chicken in a pressure cooker
Addmix powder in it saute for 2 minutes and add 1/1/2 cup of water or as gravy you want check the salt.
* Step 6
Cover with cooker lid and give only one whistle and when cool it open the lid andadd garam masala little and 1tbs amul butter in it.and mix well
* Step 7
Serve hot with rice nan tandoori chapati etc and enjoy the super delicious chicken curry
