This ladoo is very special and it has so many ingredients in secret.it is full of energy and very good for health and good for small type of hunger

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First in one tsp ghee lotus seeds roast it then add almonds also roast it white sesame seeds also dry roast flax Seed also roast it and keep all separately.
* Step 2
Now chopped dates and remove the seeds now take 2tsp ghee and roast it for 2 Minutes just to soft and glazing the dates.
* Step 3
Now cool the dates and roasted all ingredients no need to add sugar.
* Step 4
Now take a mixer jar add almonds sesame seeds flax seed powder and dates and makhane (lotus seeds)and grind all corsaley.
* Step 5
Now take a bowl and add the miXer jar ingredients and make a small ladoo of ur desired shape and enjoy with the family.It is wonderful energy ladoo.
