Homemade herbs paneer

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil milk nicely now add cumin seeds chilli flakes and coriander leaves now mix it well now add vinegar to curdle it.

* Step 2

Now it seems whey is separate and paneer is separate.Now take a strainer and a bowl and keep malamal cloth and pour curdle milk in it.

* Step 3

Now whey is separate and paneer is separate pour water on it so vinegar of sourness will go and hang it till water stops!

* Step 4

Now make a square with the cloth and put weight on it like heavy stone rolling board weight of container with full of water.

* Step 5

After 1/2an hour take it cutsqure pieces it looks very nice colourful paneer you can serve by sprinkle salt pepper

* Step 6

Or make it curry as we make a gravy as usual add paneer in it and enjoy. This spicy paneer curry in different way or yummy taste.
