Chicken egg biryani

#quickfix dinner #week4of5 My policy is dinner should be easy to make and should yummy also .Lunch I made chicken with chapatti chicken curry is less for the dinner I boiled eggs and soak 2 cups of rice and made chicken egg biryani.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
1 big bowl

chicken curry

2 cups

rice

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak rice 2 cups in 3 cups of water because chicken curry has one cup of gravy.

* Step 2

Now heat the chicken and with boiled eggs not boil add soaked rice with 3 cups of water salt and give a boil to both. Cover with lid.

* Step 3

Now slow the fire and add coriander leaves chopped and add pudina also add 1 tbs of ghee if you need. When water dries switch off the gas.

* Step 4

Keep it 5 minutes to set the rice. Now biryani is ready to serve with mixed raita and enjoy this quick fix dinner enjoy with the family.
