Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, take maida add ghee and salt then mix it well and knead it to a dough. Then add butter garlic ginger chilli flakes mixture and black pepper!
* Step 2
Then make the dough with water 1/2 cup is sufficient to make the dough 2 tbsp water will be left, you can use the water very little by little and let it rest for 15 minutes.
* Step 3
Then grease it with ghee and again knead the dough again for 2 minutes again to make it smooth, now divide it into 4 parts make the ball and roll it into a very thin chapatti.
* Step 4
Spread butter ginger garlic chilli flakes, black pepper powder mixture then add green coriander chopped, green onion slices and at last add Amul cheese.
* Step 5
Now roll all the Parantha very gently, try to keep it thick and now grease the non-stick tawa put 2 Paratha on the greased tawa, spread butter or ghee and cook till it turns golden brown.
* Step 6
It's ready to serve with sauce or any dip of your choice.
