Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First take maida in a big bowl add salt, oil,curd,sugar and baking powder and make a dough with water like Parantha chappatti dough. And rest it for 1 hour

* Step 2

Heat 1 tbs oil in a pan add coriander seeds if u like green chiily add it onion when in pink colour add carrom seeds and add potatoes saute a little add all dry masalas and salt mix well.filling is ready cool it as room temperature.

After one an hour take dough by adding little oil again knead it well. Now make ball sorry divided into 9-10 balls now flat it and spread little butter on it and fill 1 tbs potatoes filling and roll it and again shape it oval or round. Do with same process. I had gas oven tandoor (Got) if ur expert in cooking then use flat pressure cooker. First hot it and stick the kulcha with one side spread water.

Now ulta on flame side in a round position heat the kulcha or roast the kulcha from all sides in g.o.t I hot it and place on the plate itself and cover the lid u check it from the glass lid itself when dark spot will come on the top and roast it from all sides take out and butter it and enjoy with curd and pickle pickle the picture of g.o.t is here.
