Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chicken clean and cut into pieces and marinate with all ingredients except oil and cornflour and marinate for 1-2 hours

After two hours now mix corn flour and oil, now take pressure cooker add 1/2 tbs butter +1tbs oil and heat it. Now add 4 pieces after 1 minute change the other side and little roast from both sides now close the cooker lid and whistle for one on slow heat off the gas and cool it and open the lid if moister is there then again roast from both sides with same process do all the same. Give the smoky flavour hot charcoal on flame and place in cooker with adding some oil on it close the lid for a

Minute and this flaour comes in the chicken to become good taste serve with green salad and lemon and grren chutney this delicious malai chicken tikka. U can do with open pan or kadai on slow heat in both way it will come tasty
