# u can make in advance when u r guest are coming prepare it before hand then u can make all gravy and tadka by adding another ingredients to make shahi paneer ,egg curry ,chicken curry ,all veg curries ur Base is ready to save ur time in cooking.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add oil in a heavy bottom pan heat it and add onion and saute till golden colour by adding little salt

When golden brown add mashed tomato puree and again saute till water dries up a the make a thick paste no need to add ginger garlic according the curry add all things this is the Base only.

* Step 3

When leaves the oil or good aroma has come then switch off the gas and make it cool and keep it in the fridge.

Enjoy to make all dishes non veg or veg and save ur half of the time.
