Panchrangi dal tadka

It's more healthy and full of proteins for children it is good for health it is the mixture of 5 dals so it's name is panchrangi
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
I take moong,black urad split, chanadal,tuar dal,masala red dal.it is all shown in the picture all same measure with this small cup or katori. Wash and soak for 1 hour with 2 cups of water.
* Step 2
Then take a cooker add all dry masala,salt asafoetida and ginger garlic paste except red chilli by adding 2 cups of water pressure it for 4 whistle 1 is on high flame and other 3 on slow flame cool it and open add 1 more cup hot water and mix slowly.
* Step 3
For tadka heat a pan add ghee and 1 tsp cumin seeds when crackle add onion 1 green chilli chopped if children don't like avoid it otherwise chopped with onion so no problem saute till golden brown then add chopped tomatoes and saute till mashy add chilli powder and coriander leaves.
* Step 4
Half add in the dal and balance pour at the serving time and serve hot with roti and chappatti. Enjoy in dinner or lunch.
