# hakka noodles with veg Chinese sauce
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Ready all veggies to be chopped or sliced. Take a big pan boil enough water to boil and add little salt and oil for boiling noodles till soft not tender too much
* Step 2
When soft drain excess water and pour noodles in a big strainer by adding water to not to be stick each other if you are using not immediately mix little oil in the noodles
* Step 3
Now make a gravy ready.in a little oil saute ginger garlic onion and veggies one by one and make a sauce when thick add fried paneer in it and add spring onion also boil for a minute also
* Step 4
Now add little oil and saute onion and garlic add cabbage and saute for a minute and toss the noodles by adding little salt and if you like pinch of ajinomoto it is optional saute till all mix up do carefully noodles should not be broken
* Step 5
Serve noodles with knor chinese chilli gravy this taste my family like too much
