Egg masala

#Ingredient7 Banana or egg Egg masala yummy and delicious

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan add onion sauté till golden brown now add ginger garlic paste or chopped finely and curry leaves.

* Step 2

Sauté for 2 minutes now add tomato purée and sauté till leaves the oil

* Step 3

Add I cup of water and boil it add egg slices each egg in two pieces add and just boil the egg masala

Not too much boil otherwise eggs will be hard

Garnish with coriander leaves chopped and little Kasturi methi

* Step 6

Serve with rice chapattis or paranthas
