Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash all vegetables & chopped it seperately like tomatoes,onion, potatoes & corrainder leaves.

* Step 2

Take 1 bowl with half filled with water then chopped brinjal in it & potatoes too otherwise without water they turn black in colour.

* Step 3

Heat the heavy bottom pan add oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds and mustard seeds in it.

* Step 4

Add chopped or grated garlic & ginger paste saute for a minute add chopped onion in it.

* Step 5

When onion is cooked add all dry spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder & corrainder powder.

* Step 6

Mix well then add chopped tomatoes & some water & cover the lid in low flame.

* Step 7

When tomatoes is completely cooked & looks like semi gravy add chopped potatoes & brinjal in it.

* Step 8

Mix well then add salt again add some water & cover the lid in low flame.

* Step 9

Cooked till potatoes get soft in between check again and again.

* Step 10

When it cooked completely add garam masala & garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

* Step 11

It looks like semi gravy serve with chapati or puri or paratha or rice.
