Mixed Daal paratha

#resolutions mixed dal paratha including both health and taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash both the daal/pulses 3 times with water & cooked in a pressure cooker with 3 whistle in low flame.

* Step 2

Meanwhile chopped vegetables like onion,green chillies,garlic & fresh coriander leaves.

* Step 3

After 3 whistle open the cooker lid & let them cool.

* Step 4

Take a big bowl add wheat flour & 1 spoon gram flour then add all chopped vegetables like onion,green chillies,ginger garlic & corrainder leaves then mix well.

* Step 5

Now add all dry spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper & asafoetida, cumin seeds & carom seeds & salt too.

* Step 6

Daal get cool so add slowly in a flour with hands to make a soft dough.

* Step 7

No need to add water.

* Step 8

Quantity of daal required quantity of flour so don't use water.

* Step 9

Prepare a soft dough without using water it's completely daal dough for paratha so keep aside for few minutes.

* Step 10

Heat the pan & make Paratha as per your likings shape like traingle or square.

* Step 11

Shallow fry with less oil for both the sides.

* Step 12

Serve hot with homemade curd or homemade butter or any types of Chutney or pickle.
