Homemade less oily healthy chura

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take onion & green chilli finely chopped & put in front of sun rays..Where it will dry & soak less oil.
* Step 2
Also give sunlight to thin beaten rice for 2/3 hrs..It will help to less oily chura.
* Step 3
First take big kadhai put oil in it when oil is heated deepfry peanuts & keep aside.
* Step 4
In same oil put dry onion,green chilli,curry patta,turmeric,red chilli powder & corrainder powder..Mix well & saute for few minutes.
* Step 5
Take another kadhai or same pan roast beaten rice for 10/15 minutes..No need for shallow fry or deep fry.
* Step 6
Only roast beaten rice along with puffed rice.
* Step 7
Now all the ingredients take & mix with both hands..Add salt and sugar too..Mix well colour will change.
* Step 8
Chura is ready it's very good in taste & less oily kept for 1 month.
