My Muffin with Gammon, Pineapple + Poached Egg on Spinach

I have gone crazy on Spinach I have to have it lately love it on salads, cooked it's so nice. Cant believe I never ate this years ago , this was a very nice lunch. #Lunch

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grill the Gammon

Slice one ring off the pineapple

Boil the water with 1/4 tsp apple cider added whisk when boiling let it settle then carefully drop the egg in the water. This way keeps the egg white from breaking away too much.

* Step 4

Add the Spinach on the bottom muffin and then the gammon on top of the spinach, then the pineapple ring then the egg.
