Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add oil to the pan just a little then add the gammon steaks cook for 3 minutes on each side then turn down the heat and let them cook slow

Add your crusty bread to the toaster toast it and butter put it on a serving plate. Slice the Avocado and the Tomato and add them to the frying pan with the gammon steaks fry for 5 minutes the last 2 minutes boil water to make poached egg.

* Step 3

Swirl the water and drop the egg in the middle. Leave to cook. Add the gammon on top of the toast and add tomatoes and avocado on the pkate and the poached egg on top of the gammon.
