Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel and Grate 3/4 raw mangoes and make small pieces of 1/4 raw mango

* Step 2

Transfer sugar and grated chopped mangoes in heavy bottomed vessel.

* Step 3

Add kesar,cardamons,cloves,tej pattas,food colour and cook for 20-25 min till the consistency thickens

* Step 4

Once done..off the flame.

* Step 5

Cool and store for whole year in clean glass bottle.
