Cabbage special lunch

Today's special. Let's try curry,mutiya,pickle of cabbage. With sevaiya samrat, curd rice and chapati.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For cabbage mutiyas...Take a bowl..Add chopped cabbage, coriander,1 tsp turmeric,2 tsp red chilli powder,1 tsp green chilli ginger garlic paste,salt and mix well..Form balls and deep fry it.
* Step 2
For curry...Heat oil..Add rai jeera..Onion tomato puree and saute for few min till it releases oil..Now add ginger garlic chilli paste,turmeric,red chilli powder,garam masala and saute...Now add water and boil for 10 min..Now add few cabbage koftas...
* Step 3
For cabbage sambhar...Mix small thick stems of cabbage,methi sambhar and oil...
* Step 4
For aamras sevaiya...Boil sevaiya in water...Drain extra water...Wash sevaiya 3-4 times to remove extra starch..Now add it into mango pulp,dry fruits powder and sugar..Mix well..Chill it..
* Step 5
For curd rice...Churn curd and mix in cooled cooked rice...Add tadka of rai,jeera,curry leaves,kaju,red chilli...salt......serve with chapati,salad,cabbage multitasking,cabbage koftas,cabbage pickle..
