This recipe is one of my favourite and a traditional one especially made on the special occasion of Telugu New Year called "Ugadi" and is very simple yet very tasty.It is mix of all all tastes bitter,tangy,sweet,salty and spicy..just a spoonful fills with a blast of flavours.It's made with all new spring seasonal items #newyearrecipes #indiankitchen #goldenapron #sweettooth #Masterchef

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel bananas and soak tamarind in water,remove neem flower only white one and few buds from a neem bunch. Now in a bowl put all other ingredients one by one except tamarind water,neem flowers and chillies as shown in pic.

* Step 2

Now mash a little all the ingredients and lastly Add tamarind water,neem flowers and chillies to mashed mixture..adjust taste accordingly.Unique chutney is ready to devour and it's very tasty.chill it for later to eat.
