Caramelised pear bundt cake
I found some lovely local pears on the market. And made this easy bundt cake.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dice the pear into small cubes. You do not need to peel it.
* Step 2
Put 2 tb butter and 2 rb sugar in a small pan. Let go golden brown. Put in diced pear and cook for 5 min.´
* Step 3
Cream eggs and sugar.
Put in flour and very soft butter. Wisk.
Fold in the pearcubes.
* Step 4
Butter a bundt cake tin.
Bake in a preheated oven 180°C for about 45 min.
* Step 5
Lovely when still luke warm
