Porkchop Traybake with Pear, Onion and Celeriac

Quick, easy, healthy!

15 minutes + 25 minutes in the oven
350 g

porkchops

2 cloves

garlic

2 tbsp

mustard

2 tbsp

honey

2 tbsp

olive oil

1/2 tbsp

paprika powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200c. Peel the onions, pears and celeriac. Cut the onions in four pieces. Remove the core from the pears and divide them in six to eight parts. Cut the celeriac in 1cm thick strips. Remove the leaves from the thyme.

* Step 2

Divide the celeriac, pear and onions over your tray. Sprinkle with oil and season with thyme, pepper and salt. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

* Step 3

Peel and mince the garlic. Mix the honey, mustard, garlic, paprika powder and some pepper and salt. Spread the marinade on the porkchops.

* Step 4

After 20 minutes, toss de vegetables and add the porkchops. Bake for 5 more minutes.

* Step 5

Dig in!
