Ingredient

2 tbsp

corn flour

1 tbsp

besan

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marnate chicken with shezwan sauce, lemon, salt and pepper.

* Step 2

Make thick paste of besan, cornflour and water. It should be like idli batter. Add pinch of salt.

* Step 3

Now deep each piece in it and deep fry it till it become golden. And serve it instantly with red chilli sauce.
