Chili Mushroom & Broccoli

1 tbsp

soy sauce

1/4 tsp

sugar

1/4 tsp

black pepper

1 1/2 tbsp

Olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Rinse mushrooms under running water. Chop into quarters. Blanch broccoli florets in hot water for 5 minutes.

* Step 2

In a pan heat olive oil. Add in chopped garlic and sauté until aromatic without browning. Add in mushrooms, and broccoli florets and saute for 2-3 minutes.

* Step 3

Add in cubed onion, and capsicum and sauté until onion & capsicum are almost cooked but yet crunchy. Add in sauces, sugar, and 2 tbsp of water, and mix well. Sprinkle pepper powder and toss well. Fry until the sauce thickens. (Check for salt and add more sauce if required.)

* Step 4

Garnish with coriander leaves/ spring onion greens and Serve hot.
