Instant Rava Dosa

Rava Dosa is popular variety of South Indian dosa recipe made with semolina, rice flour, wheat flour, jeera, onion and curry leaves. In this recipe I used wheat flour instead of maida. This dosa is instant recipe as it does not require soaking or fermentation time. Semolina and flours are mixed with water to a thin batter, other spices are added and crispy flavorful dosas are made. It is prepared either for breakfast or dinner and best served with coconut chutney.
