Honeydew Melon Sharbat
Honeydew Melon Sharbat is a refreshing and healthy summer drink. It is low in calories and the best summer drink with a lot of health benefits.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl take powdered jaggery, add 1/2 cup water and let jaggery dissolve. Strain before using to remove impurities.
* Step 2
Peel and scoop out the seeds of honeydew melon. Roughly chop and transfer it to a blender jar.
* Step 3
Add in strained jaggery water, lemon juice, powdered cardamom. Blend adding water as required. Strain to remove any chunks. Adjust water and lemon juice as per preference.
* Step 4
Pour into serving glass with ice cubes. Garnish with a lemon slice and mint leaves. Healthy and refreshing Honeydew Melon Sharbat are ready to enjoy.
