Chili Garlic Veg Noodles

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a vessel take enough water and let it boil. Add salt and noodles and let it cook 90%. Strain the water and add 1 tbsp oil and coat the noodles.
* Step 2
In a pan heat sesame oil. Add crushed garlic, sliced onion and green chili. Saute till onions are translucent.
* Step 3
Add shredded cabbage, thinly sliced carrot and capsicum. Saute for a min. Add spring onion white chopped and saute.
* Step 4
Add all the sauces, vinegar and pepper powder. Add little salt as sauces contain salt. Saute and add cooked noodles.
* Step 5
Mix the noodles with vegetables and stir fry for 6-8 mins. Finally add green spring onion and mix..
