Low Carb Zucchini & Eggplant Pizza Bites

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Cut the zucchini and eggplant into slices and season with salt and pepper. Heat some olive oil in a pan. Sauté veggies on both sides.
* Step 2
Arrange zucchini and eggplant on a baking sheet and spread tomato sauce on them. Sprinkle everything with basil and cheese. Bake for 5 minutes.
