Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. In a bowl mix together the spinach, feta cheese, and ricotta; season with salt and pepper. With a sharp knife, make a slit into the middle of the salmon and fill with the cheese and vegetable mixture.

* Step 2

Brush the stuffed salmon with olive oil, sprinkle on the dill and oregano, and season with salt and pepper. Spray a baking sheet before putting down the fish, then bake for 20 minutes in the centre of the oven, or until fish is flaky.
