Sweet and Sour Chicken
As with many ethnic dishes, there are a multitude of recipes, this one was given to me by a friend who got it from . . you get the idea? :) If you make this dish, please take a photo and post it with the recipe - Thank you.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Brown the chicken in hot oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add both the green and red peppers, carrot and garlic, then stir fry for 1 - 2 minutes.
* Step 2
In a small bowl, combine cornstarh and soy sauce, and mix together. Pour the mixture into the frying pan, along with the pineapple and liquid, vinegar, sugar and ginger. Stir well together and bring to a full boil. Ready to enjoy :)
