Crockpot Lemon Garlic Chicken

Crockpot Lemon Garlic Chicken

Another simple to put together dish that can be put on to cook when you leave for work and is ready to eat when you return tired and hungry :-)

Ingredient

3/4 teaspoon

dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon

salt

1/8 teaspoon

ground black pepper

1/4 cup

water

3 tablespoon

fresh lemon juice

2 cloves

garlic minced

3/4 teaspoons

chopped fresh parsley

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl mix the regular, salt and pepper.

* Step 2

Rub the mixture into the chicken.

* Step 3

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken in the butter for 3 to 5 minutes on each side

* Step 4

Place the chicken in a slow cooker

* Step 5

In the same skillet as you melted the butter, mix the water, lemon juice, garlic, and the Bullion Granules.

* Step 6

Bring the mixture to a boil then pour over the chicken in the slow cooker

* Step 7

Cover and cook on high for three hours or low for six hours.

* Step 8

Add the parsley to the cooker 15 to 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time
