Onions with a parsley stuffing

This unusual dish could either be used as a vegetarian dish, or accompaniment dish for meats etc.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

60 mins
4 tablespoons

cooked rice

2 tablespoons

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C

* Step 2

Cut a slice from the top of each onion and scoop out the centre to leave a fairly thick shell.

* Step 3

Combine all the remaining ingredients, moistening with enough wine to mix well

* Step 4

Fill the onions and bake in the oven for 45 minutes. Serve garnished with extra parsley
