Spice Mixture - Jamaican Curry Powder

This is a mild curry powder, add more Cayenne or Chilli for a spicier taste.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine the Corriander, Cumin. Mustard, Anise, Fenugreek seeds, and Allspice Berries in a skillet. Toast over a medium heat until the colour of the spices darken slightly, and the spices are very fragrant. This is for about 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Remove spices from the skillet and allow to cool completely. Grind the spices with the Turmeric and Cayenne and store in an airtight container in a cool dark place.

* Step 3

Test out how much to use that suits your taste.
