Never throw your leftover rice ever again

This recipe is just to inspire you and give you 1/thousands of ideas on what to do with rice leftover. I’m sharing my version here but you can also change the vegetables and flavors based on what you have in your kitch

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the raisins in water for 10 minutes

* Step 2

Start with frying the onions in olive oil, then add the mushroom, courgette and spinach and cook until soft

* Step 3

Add the raisins and spices and mix for 1 minutes then add the rice with a bit of water

* Step 4

Mix for a few seconds then leave on medium heat to make sure the rice is fully reheated

* Step 5

Add the egg and mix on high heat again for a few seconds until all the flavors are mixed together and that’s it!
