2 small potato πŸ₯”πŸ₯” peeled and chopped in to chips. Wash starch out thoroughly under hot tap water, pay dry with a tissue. Using Maris piper potato. #GlobalApron

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop peel wash potatoes and spray them with oil and salt and pepper mix around.

* Step 2

Lay all out on tray with the peel all next to each other if they do not overlap they will cook evenly.

* Step 3

You can spray a little more oil on top and on airfyer setting 205 c for 15 minutes tossing a few times through cooking the peel will be crispy and chops soft inside and golden on outside.
